Breakfast Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. frozen cheese blintzes
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 cube butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Put frozen blintzes in dish and coat well with butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients with electric mixer and pour over blintzes.
    Be sure to cover all. Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with applesauce, sour cream or jam.
