Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped up ham
10 medium potatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 lb. cheese (your choice; Cheddar or Jack, etc.)
2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cut up ham in small pieces and mix in with the potatoes, eggs and cheese that have been cut into chunks.
Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Put in baking dish and bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
