Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    6 pieces raw chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
Preparation
    Spread rice in bottom of large casserole.
    Put chicken on top of rice.
    Mix soup and water and pour over chicken.
    Add onions and other ingredients if desired.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken and rice are tender.
