Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs, divided
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. margarine
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine corn and milk.
    Stir in egg. Add 3/4 cup of crumbs, pimento, onion and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Melt margarine.
    Add remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.
    Spread over corn mixture.
    Bake 45 minutes.
