Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 3/4 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    4 c. stirred whole wheat flour
    3 c. all purpose flour
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine milk, sugar, salt, shortening and cool to lukewarm.
    Add 1 cup of each flour and beat well.
    Add yeast mixture and eggs, stir in remaining flour 1 cup at a time until you can make a soft dough.
    Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface, cover, place in refrigerator.
