Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 chopped onion
5 cans light red kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Barzi Fixins (1 1/2 oz.)
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation

Fry turkey and onion together, then drain.
Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
