Light 'N Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Combine cooked rice and next 5 ingredients.
    Mix; place into a lightly greased baking dish.
    Top with chicken breast.
    Combine soup and yogurt; spoon over chicken breasts.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Add carrots; top with paprika.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
