Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans corn
1/4 c. green pepper
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation

Heat sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed, vinegar and red pepper in medium saucepan.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in corn with liquid, green pepper, minced onion and pimento. Refrigerate overnight or several days to blend flavors.
