Ham Roll Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp Worcester sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 12 oz. thin sliced ham
    1/8 tsp hot sauce
    1 Tbsp chopped toasted almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except ham, stirring until well blended.
    Spread 1 Tbsp. mixture on each slice of ham.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at short end; wrap in plastic wrap (may be frozen up to 1 month if needed).
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Cut each roll into 3/4 inch slices.
    Makes approximately 5 dozen.
    A great make ahead item for parties for the holidays.
