Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Make a cream sauce of the oleo, flour, salt and milk.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Cook until thick.
    Cook macaroni until nearly done; drain and put in a baking dish.
    Pour cream sauce over macaroni; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until brown.
    Serves 12.
