Fried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomatoes
    beaten eggs
    fine bread crumbs
    hot fat (half oleo and half cooking oil)
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes 3/4-inch thick.
    Dip into beaten eggs and then into fine bread crumbs.
    Fry in hot fat (half oleo and half cooking oil) until brown on both sides.
