Green Salad With Orange Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. romaine lettuce
1/2 bunch watercress
1/2 small sweet onion
2 navel oranges
Preparation

Mix orange juice, vinegar, orange zest, mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil. Shake and refrigerate; if possible make a day or two ahead.
Toss romaine and watercress with dressing.
Arrange small salad plates or use one bowl.
Peel and slice the oranges. Thinly slice small sweet onion and arrange along with orange slices on top of lettuce.
