Double Crust Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    2 c sugar
    4 Tbsp flour
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp almond extract
    1/3 c melted butter
    Pastry for double-crust pie, you can use refrigerated ready made crust
Preparation
    Combine peaches, sugar, flour and spices.
    Set aside until syrup forms.
    Bring peaches to a boil.
    Cook 10 minutes or until tender.
    Remove from heat and blend in almond extract and butter.
