Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. dried chives
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel, cube, boil and drain potatoes.
    Place in food processor and puree until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and continue processing until smooth.
    You may have to do this in batches.
    Spoon mixture into buttered 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle top with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until piping hot.
    Serves 6.
