Shrimp Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boiled shrimp (whatever amount desired)
    1/2 c. shrimp water (optional)
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese (more or less to your taste)
    butter
    1 onion, diced
    bell pepper (desired amount)
    celery, chopped (desired amount)
Preparation
    Saute in butter the onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Add all ingredients together and cook until cheese melts.
    Serve over rice.
