Duchess Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium baking potatoes, peeled
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Stir in butter and next 3 ingredients. Let cool 10 minutes.
    Stir in eggs.
    Spoon mixture into a large decorating bag fitted with a large star tip.
    Pipe 14 (2-inch) rosettes onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
