Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. hen or 6 chicken breasts
1 to 2 sticks margarine
salt and pepper to taste
biscuit dough (approximately 2 c.)
2 Tbsp. flour, dissolved in cold water with 1 c. milk added (add this to broth)
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender; remove all bones and skin.
In large pan, arrange layer or chicken and 1/2 cup margarine.
Roll dough and cut in strips.
Place over chicken.
Alternate this step until all chicken has been used, then pour chicken broth over this and roll top crust.
Place on pie and slit in center.
Brush top with butter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
