Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced, peeled raw potatoes
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced raw carrots
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, corn, onion, meat and carrots in 3-quart casserole, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
    Pour tomatoes over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are done.
    Makes 6 servings.
