German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium to large potatoes, cooked
6 Tbsp. salad oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Slice potatoes in casserole or bowl.
Heat the oil in bacon pan.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle on parsley, bacon and pepper.
Heat until warm. Toss and serve.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
