Pumpkin Whirlies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix and spread onto a sprayed cookie sheet (you can sprinkle with chopped walnuts if you want); bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. When done, lay on a powdered sugar covered linen towel or newspaper; roll into a log and let cool about an hour.
When cool, spread with the following filling and roll into a log without the towel or newspaper.
Refrigerate and then slice.
