Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. chicken
2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 small bag Pepperidge stuffing mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can Pet cream
Preparation

Cook chicken. Remove from bone. Melt 1 stick butter with 1 chopped onion. Add stuffing mix and 2 cups chicken broth; mix well. Set aside.
