Corn-Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. whole corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
6 slices American cheese
Preparation

Combine corn, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper in stove top casserole. Cook for 20 minutes.
Add sugar, margarine and milk. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Arrange cheese on top. Heat until cheese melts.
Yields 6 servings.
