Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. vegetable oil
    4 slices bread, made into crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon (skin and bone removed)
    1 c. skim milk
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Spray a loaf pan with Pam.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour or until puffed and lightly browned.
    Serves 4.
    Each serving is equal to 3 1/2 protein, 1 fat, 1 bread and 1/4 milk.
