Barbarakuchen(German Lemon Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 sticks butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    3/4 to 1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 cap full lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix the butter until smooth; slowly add the sugar, eggs and the mixture of flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
    Add the lemon extract.
    Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 60 to 75 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
