Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion or mushroom soup mix
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
    Add potatoes and coat well. Bake, stirring often, until tender and golden brown.
    Serves 8.
