In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, slowly melt the white chocolate. In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated chocolates. Slowly pour the chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to evenly coat.
Spread the mixture onto wax paper and cool. Break into small pieces, store in an air-tight container and refrigerate to keep fresh.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Combine rest of ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour melted chocolate over mixture and stir well.
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Melt white chocolate; pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Lay mixture on wax paper until hard.
Break up and store.
Melt white chocolate per package directions.
In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour chocolate over cereal mixture. Stir to coat.
Spread mixture onto wax paper and cool.
Mix together peanuts, pretzels, Rice Chex, Corn Chex and Wheat Chex.
Melt white chocolate bark.
Pour over other ingredients. Pour out on wax paper.
Let cool.
Break into pieces.
Mix dry ingredients.
Melt white chocolate.
Pour over dry ingredients and stir.
Spread on cookie sheet to dry.
Store in covered container.
This is pretty at Easter with the pastel M & M's.

In another bowl
Dissolve chocolate chips in vegetable oil.
Put all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour dissolved chocolate chips over ingredients in the large bowl.
Stir until ingredients are coated. Pour onto cookie sheets to cool.

Mix all ingredients, but chocolate.
Melt chocolate and pour over mixture.
Mix well and spread on wax paper.
Let stand until hard.

Mix peanuts, pretzels, cereals and M&M's in large bowl.
Melt chocolate or coating in double boiler or in microwave (don't burn!) as directed on package.
Stir.
out 12 ounces chocolate and chopped vanilla
Combine last 6 ingredients and mix well.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Pour over mix and spread on wax paper.
Let cool; break in pieces.
Store in tight container and refrigerate.
In a large bowl mix rice chex, cherrios, peanuts and pretzels.
Melt chocolate according to package directions.
Pour melted chocolate over chex, cherrios, peanuts and pretzels; and mix.
Spread mixture evenly onto two cookie sheets and refrigerate.
After cooled, take out of cookie sheets and break into pieces.

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil on Med-High for 2 minutes, stirring once.
Microwave on High for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well.
Spread onto three waxed paper lined baking sheets.
Cool.
Break apart.
Store in an airtight container.
Yield:
5 qts.
Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) in a large bowl.
Melt chocolate over low heat (may thin by adding 2 Tbsp. crisco shortening).
Pour over cereal and coat.
Pour out onto wax paper to cool.
After cooling, break apart and store in container.
Melt chocolate and pour over all ingredients which have been mixed together.
Mix until everything has been coated with chocolate.
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Melt chocolate.
(I melt it in microwave and watch very closely.)
Pour over mixture and stir to coat.
Spread mixture on waxed paper.
When cool, break into pieces.
Mix (with a wire whisk in a deep pan) milks, sugar, & vanilla over medium heat until lightly simmering.
Add white chocolate & continue whisking until chocolate is melted.
Add espresso powder & keep whisking to mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat to cool, whisking every few minutes to keep chocolate together.
Pour cooled syrup into bottles and refrigerate. You may need to let it get to room temp at the end of the bottle.
