In a large bowl, mix 6 teaspoons House of Blues seasoning with ground beef (1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of beef). Form ground beef into six 8-ounce patties. Grill burger to desired temperature. Toast roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion and cheese.

Seasoning Mix: Combine all ingredients in a
Heat olive oil in large soup pot. Add turkey and seasoning salt. Cook until pink is gone.
Add carrots, bell peppers and onions. Cook, stirring until tender.
Add peas, tomatoes, beef broth and water to desired consistency (using the beef broth container as a maximum guide). Stir.
Add potatoes, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Continue to cook until potatoes mash easily with a fork.

Peel and chop onions. Brown ground beef and onions till all pink is gone from meat. Drain grease. Add seasoning mix and 1/4 c water to meat. Stir in well and cook 5 min. more. (For more spicy tacos, use more seasoning.) Use taco meat in tortillas, taco shells, or bean beef burritos. Serve with your choice of toppings. You can also spread meat mixture in baking dish and cover with cornbread batter, top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cornbread is done. Add additional toppings when served. 4 to 6 servings.
To make fajita seasoning - Combine all of the ingredients
To make taco filling, brown ground beef; drain excess fat.
Add water, tomato paste and taco seasoning mix.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Makes enough filling for 8 to 10 tacos.
For MEXICAN SEASONING MIX:
Combine ingredients (add 1/2 teaspoon SALT-SPICE) and store in covered container at room temperature. The spice mixture keeps for one year. Makes 5 1/2 tablespoons.
For SALT-SPICE:
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store the Salt-Spice in a pepper grinder and use it to season foods. Makes about 1/2 cup.
Prepare Spicy Seasoning Mix. Store in airtight container. Shake
ver medium-high heat. Mix together the turkey meat, yogurt, Hidden Valley
owl. Cover and refrigerate.
Mix ground turkey, grated onion, jalapeno, barbeque
egetables, ground meat, and taco seasoning mix in a medium-sized bowl
ixing bowl and toss with seasoning mix, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, breadcrumbs
MIX ground turkey, green onions and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165\u00b0F). Add cheese to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
SERVE burgers on rolls topped with tomato and avocado slices.
Chop onions and bell pepper. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Place in microwave dish.
(I use a browning dish which has a heating element in the bottom that works real well.) Cover dish with lid. Cook on High for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is done, depending on your microwave.
