Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and,using the PULSE function, blend salsa to desired consistency. Trader Joe's version is semi-chunky. If it helps, add more tomato juice or water if the salsa is too thick and won't blend.

Serve salsa at room temperature.

Notes: I use the Trader Joe's cereal because it tastes amazing, but you could substitute with your favorite granola type cereal. I also substitute other fresh fruits that I have available.

Purchase the tortilla chips, spicy black bean dip, fresh salsa and cheeses from Trader Joe's.
Spread the beans in an ovenproof, shallow casserole dish.
Top with the salsa, then the cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with chopped ripe avocado; sprinkle with cilantro.
Add \"dollops\" of sour cream and garnish with chopped black olives. Serve with chips.
Heat grill on medium-high heat.
Split zucchini lengthwise and toss with one tablespoon of oil, salt & pepper.
Grill the zucchini cut side down until cooked (about four minutes).
Remove zucchini from grill and place in a bowl with tomatoes, garlic, shallot, balsalmic vinegar, and remaining olive oil. Toss and season with salt and pepper if needed.
Preheat oven to 375. Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs. Sprinkle chicken with the Trader Joe's 21 Salute Seasoning. Place on greased baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and place aspapagus on pan. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast chicken and asparagus 10 minutes more or until done.
Brown meat or tofu in skillet, drain if using beef.

Heat butter and olive oil together in a skillet over medium heat; add garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper and stir. Mix artichoke hearts into seasoned butter mixture; cover skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Grill wrap on both sides until it is brown and toasty.
