Blend lemon juice into milk [or use buttermilk if you have that on hand].
Mix mayo and sour cream and then add milk.
Add finely minced garlic to taste [you can also leave this out].

Add all the cheese you want, to taste [i always heaped in a lot of the best imported cheese i could find].

This will keep in the refrigerator for a month, but it probably won't last that long.

Heat a non stick pan over medium high heat.
spread one side of each slice of bread with a tsp of mayo, coating it evenly.
place one slice in the pan, mayo side down.
arrange meat an cheese on the bread with the meat between the slices of cheese.
place the other slice of bread on top with mayo side up.
cover and cook to desired toasting level.
Flip and repeat.
eserve for the mini grilled cheese and bacon sammies.

Softened butter works best on a grilled cheese. Just let it sit out

Butter the bread like you would to make a normal grilled cheese.
Put a piece of cheese on the butter side down piece of bread.
Put a generous amount of spaghetti sauce on the piece of cheese.
Add what ever pizza toppings you like-remember, you have to flip this so too many toppings will make this difficult.
Add another piece of cheese on top of the toppings.
Butter the other piece of bread and put it butter side up on top.
Cook until golden brown on each side. Enjoy!

Top chutney w/2 oz sliced Blarney, gouda or smoked gouda cheese.
Place bread slice on top, buttered side out.
Over med-low heat, brown in a lrg skillet (turning once or twice) till cheese is melted (1-2 min per side).

Cook 4 fish sticks according to the package directions.
Butter two slices of bread (like you would a grilled cheese).
Put the butter side down on a heated skillet.
Top each slice of bread with a slice of cheese.
When the bread starts to brown, put the fish sticks on top of one of the slices, and put the other slice on top of that, cheese side down (like a grilled cheese).
When the sandwich is browned to your liking, remove from skillet, let cool, then slice in half.
