Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Simmer 15 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
Over medium heat add butter, onion, green pepper, saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add beef and saute 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce to skillet, mix well.

Sauce will keep for 3 months.

In a pot/pan or dutch oven combine chili sauce, brown sugar, beer,liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer until all sugar has been dissolved.

Brown the diced bacon. Remove from grease and place into a pan containing the pork and beans. Add the brown sugar, yellow mustard B.B.Q. sauce, and dried onions. Mix well. Add 3 tbsp. bacon grease. Taste. You should be able to lightly taste the bacon, if not, add 1 more tbsp.
