Cook over medium high heat until meat is lightly browned.

Brown meat; drain off fat.
Add chili mix and stir to coat meat.
Add tomatoes and 1/2 can water.
Stir and cook for 20 minutes over low flame.

In a 2 quart saucepan, brown hamburger in vegetable oil. Add onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft. Pour off any excess fat.
Stir in beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat to boiling, and reduce heat. Cover, and simmer 30 minutes.

Chop bell pepper and onion in bite-size chunks.
Rinse and drain kidney beans.
Heat oil in frying pan and saute bell pepper and onion chunks until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
Add beef broth and the kidney beans.
Stir in tomato paste, salt (if using), chili powder and oregano.
Heat gently but do not boil.
Serve with fresh, crusty bread.

Add the sugar, chili's and vinegar to a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the garlic and simmer for a further fifteen minutes until the mixture becomes thickened and syrupy.
Transfer to a sterilised jar and allow to cool. This can be kept in the fridge for up to a month. (Only lasts a week in our house though!).

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until onion goes clear.
Add mince and brown.
Add condensed tomato soup and beans in chili sauce, mixing in well.
Place lid on and let simmer about 30 minutes.

Nachos, sour cream and avocado.

Brown off the hamburger, drain and put aside.
Pour stewed tomato into pot, blend with hand blender until smooth.
Add hamburger, beans, sugar and chili powder.
Stir together.
Simmer on medium low for 1 hour.
After chili is cooked cook the hot dogs.
Put some chili in hot dog bun with cheese, then insert hot dog, then top with more chili and cheese and enjoy.

While browning
Brown meat; drain. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
Stir just before serving. Serve topped with cheese.
Serving suggestion: Serve with a simple side of Ritz Crackers.
Tear spinach so that it does not all come out in one bite.
Butter one side of a tortilla, drop in hot pan.
Dump torn spinach in along with a handful of cheese. Sprinkle with chili powder.
Fold tortilla in half over ingredients, omelet style.
They are done when both sides are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, whatever else you have on hand.
