Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, RumChata, spices and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife, inserted 1 inch from crust, comes out clean.
Let cool and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
In large mixing bowl, combine pudding, milk and RumChata. Whisk together till well combined.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour mixture into small disposable shot glasses Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.

The Martini:

Drizzle chocolate syrup in chilled martini glass. Rub marshmallow cremem around the rim of the martini glass and coate with crushed graham crackers.
Shake vodka and liqueur over ice and pour into glass.
Place large marshmallow on skewer and dip end in chocolate syrup then in crackers. Put on top of drink, serve happy guests!
Mix first 6 ingredients together and allow flavors to mix for one hour.
Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Use reserved olive liquid to thin if dip is too thick.
Chill overnight.
Serve in Martini glass with a skewer of additional olives or pearl onions, surrounded by raw veggies or crackers of your choice.
**This recipe can be made low fat, by using fat free cream cheese**.
Fill your martini shaker with crushed ice and use a chilled martini glass.
Put all ingredients in shaker and shake for a minute or so.
Pour into glass. Grind a little nutmeg on top.
You can also rim the glass with cinnamon sugar and put in a cinnamon stick.

**Cajun Martini: substitute jalapeno-infused vodka or
Chill martini glasses in freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to serving.
Place Vodka, Triple Sec, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with 4-5 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Run the lemon twist around the edge of the chilled martini glass and dunk in a small amount of sugar for a coated rim.
Pour the strained martini into the chilled glasses and serve.
Chill martini shaker and martini glasses. When time to serve, fill shaker with ice. Coat rims of glasses with either chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
Add vodka, liqueurs and cream to shaker.
Shake, then strain into 2 chilled martini glasses.
In a martini shaker, add tequila, orange liqueur, Mexican Martini mix and lime juice.
Shake to combine, and serve in a 16 oz. glass over ice.
Garnish with lime wedge and olives on a pick.
To make the simple syrup, combine 1 oz. water, 1 oz. sugar (measure in a cocktail jigger) and the lemon zest in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
In a cocktail shaker, combine a handful of ice, the lemon juice, vodka and simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses rimmed with sugar. Drop two thinly sliced lemon disks into each glass.
Also required: 1 iced large martini glass Pour your Vermouth& Gin into a cruet and place it in the freezer, do not shake or stir just pour them together, I do this early in the day but your cruet must have a stopper in the top- see picture.
When you are ready to serve place 2 ice cubes in the glass and the Olive.
Pour in the martini, and enjoy.
I recommend that your serve an appetizer with the mart mart and don't get greedy- one is really enough.
Repeat for as many servings as you want to make.
Place all in a shaker filled with ice. Shake super well, till your hand are almost frozen. :).
Pour into a chilled martini glass with or without chocolate drizzled in the glass.
Thread the olive onto a toothpick and place in a martini glass. Shake the gin and vermouth with the crushed ice vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Strain into the prepared glass.
Directions for Ginger Syrup:
Simmer water, sugar, ginger, cloves and cinnamon stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes.
Pour hot syrup through a fine sieve and chill.
Let stand 20 minutes until using, so all sediment has settled to the bottom.
Servings: Approximately 3/4 cup.
Directions for Martini:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka and gingerbread syrup.
Cover and shake vigorously until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Combine rum, vodka, pineapple juice, grenadine in a shaker full of ice.
Shake firmly until frothy.
Pour in a martini glass and garnish with pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry.
Mix all the ingredients (except the olive) in a cocktail mixer with 2 ice cubes.
Put it in a frozen martini glass and drop in the three olives on a wooden stick.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Fill almost to top with tangerine-grapefruit juice.
Add 2-3 shots of lemon or orange flavored vodka and shake. Serve in a chilled martini glass with a stemmed cherry.
In a shaker shake all ingredients till well chilled.
Strain into chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
