In large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, coconut, nuts and nonfat dry milk.
Combine honey, oil, water and vanilla (in separate dish).

mix all dry ingredients in a larg bowl. mix wet ingredients in a sperate bowl. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well. spread onto 2 cookie sheets with edges (the the granola doesn't fall off the sides). bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours stiring every 15 minutes. store in a tightly sealed covered container to keep it crunchy.
