In a large bowl, toss together the slaw mix, almonds, noodles, onions, sunflower seeds and set aside.
Combine oil, vinegar and sugar and mix well.
Pour over slaw mixture and toss.
Mix cole slaw mix and green onion and set aside.
Break up both packages of Oriental noodles into small pieces.

I have had this with the noodles cooked and with them raw. Raw noodles gives the slaw more crunch, but I prefer them cooked. You can still have crunch with the seeds and nuts.
Either way, mix together the slaw ingredients in a large container. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the slaw mixture. Toss together. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
If you're impatient you can eat it right away. Keeps for a few days, but it's never around long enough in my house to really find out it's shelf life.

Combine cole slaw with uncooked noodles (reserve seasoning package) and almonds. Cover and chill. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning. Shake or stir well. Cover and chill. Mix together prior to serving.

The longer it sits the more limp the noodles get.
If you want the noodles to be more crunchy eat it sooner.

Simply break up the noodles and mix with the slaw , add almonds and Craisins
Mix ramen noodle seasoning packets with the other dressing Ingredients and add to slaw.
Chill for best results
Note you can use any slaw that has some broccoli in it, the store I shop at does not always carry the \"Broccoli\" slaw , The one they have is called Rainbow Salad! Still comes out great!
