Place the cinnamon stick, cloves, and peppercorns in a medium saucepan. Add 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Off the heat, add the tea bags and steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
Add the cider and Sweet'N Low to the spiced tea and warm over medium heat until Spiced Cider Tea is steaming hot. Divide between two mugs and serve, garnished with a long cinnamon stick, if desired.
Combine the cider, sugar and spices in a large saucepan.
Heat slowly to boiling.
Boil 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove spices.
Serve hot garnished with orange slices, lemon slices or rings of unpared red apple with whole cloves forced through peel.
Makes 16 servings.
If desired, chill spiced cider and serve over ice cubes made from apple juice.

To Make Spiced Apple Cider or Wine----------.
Heat wine or cider until hot but not boiling.
Steep the Apple Cider Spice Mix in the liquid until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into serving mug and garnish with cinnamon stick and twist of peel.
In a saucepan, add cider, cloves, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Strain mixture to remove cloves and cinnamon sticks.
In individual mugs (6 mugs total), place 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons rum.
Fill each mug with hot cider; stir.

Heat a
Place water in microwaveable cup and microwave for 1 min on high.
Stir in cider mix till disolved.
Add orange juice to cup and microwave another 30 sec to 1 min or till hot as you desire.

Dissolve sugar in hot water.
Pour sugar mixture, cider, water, lemon juice and orange juice in a large pot.
Place cinnamon and cloves in a percolator.
Allow to perk with water for 5 to 10 minutes, then pour into cider mixture.
Prepare cider using a large automatic coffee maker. Substitute the cider for water.
Place remaining ingredients in coffee basket with filter and brew.
Makes 2 quarts.

Thaw orange juice concentrate over low heat; add brown sugar to taste.
Add juice to clear cider mixture and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Add orange slices and cherries just before serving.
Combine and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
I sometimes use my crock pot for this cider.
To use a crock pot, put all ingredients in the crock pot and turn on high until sugar dissolves.
Then turn heat to low and simmer until time to serve.
