Mix to combine spices for the taco seasoning. Heat skillet on medium heat and add oil. Add turkey and cook over medium to medium high heat while breaking up the meat with a spatula. After 3-4 minutes add chopped garlic and taco seasoning.
Continue to cook until turkey is done.
Usually you will want to use half the taco seasoning from the above recipe and save the remaining for another taco night. For stronger taco flavor use more seasoning.
To prepare tacos, use leaf lettuce as a taco shell and add condiments as you choose.

In a bowl mix 1/3 cup of wine with flour, set aside. Put remaining wine, broth, parsley, lamb seasoning and garlic powder in saucepan . Bring to a GENTLE boil, then turn heat down and reduce about 4-5 minutes. Stir in flour mixture.
While you are reducing liquid, brown butter in another pan (DON'T JUST MELT BUTTER BROWN IT, DO NOT BURN ). WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED REDUCING, ADD BUTTER AND MIX WELL. By this time your sauce should have a semi-thick look to it.
Heat butter, hot sauce, taco seasoning, and salad dressing mix over medium heat for 5 minutes or until all flavors are well blended.
Fry the wings in hot vegetable oil for 10 minutes or until done.
Toss wings and sauce together while wings are still hot.
You can make the wings hotter by adding more hot sauce, and even add crushed red pepper to the sauce to get them REALLY HOT.
Tbsp flour to the seasoning and mixed thoroughly before dusting
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon, onion, garlic plus parsley & saute until onion is soft & golden brown.
Add the beans, salt to taste preference & Creole seasoning. Reduce heat to low & cook gently for about 30 min or until beans are soft (Add a sml amt of water if needed to keep the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Mix together seasoning ingredients and rub into each side of steak.
Grill steaks on a large frying pan over medium-high heat; press down on steak with spatula or tongs to sear the edges.
Cut bread into bite sized pieces -- melt butter until it looks like mayo.do not melt to a liquid.croutons will NOT turn out.
Add garlic and seasoning to butter and blend well and set aside.
Put bread on a cookie sheet and toast till golden brown.
Be sure and let cool completely.
Place butter mixture into a large bowl -- coat bread cubes gently --
put croutons back on baking sheet and bake at 8-10 minutes.at 350*.
Gently shake the pan to make sure all are browning correctly.
Cook the pasta until done.
Drain.
In a skillet, melt the butter.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cream.
Bring to boil, and reduce the sauce by half, stirring often.
Add the green onions, crawfish and shrimp.
Cook until just heated through.
To serve, pour sauce over angel hair pasta.
