Make your own favorite oatmeal cookie recipe.
Substitute the liquid in your recipe with crushed pineapple and its juice.
(If your recipe calls for 1 cup water, substitute 1/2 cup crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup pineapple juice.) Bake for the time and temperature called for in your favorite recipe.
Mix first 4 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.

Add oatmeal; drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.

I don't have a chocolate chip cookie recipe, other than adding chocolate chips to my Butter/Sugar Cookie recipe.
I have found that the best chocolate chip cookie recipe is on the Nestle chocolate chips package.

In blender or food processor, combine oil, egg whites, vanilla, honey and brown sugar.

Bring sugar, cocoa, shortening and milk to boil; boil for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix oatmeal and coconut or pecans.
Mix all ingredients and drop on wax paper.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Beat well and add oil.
Add other ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork; bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cream the butter.
Gradually add brown sugar.
Add egg and beat thoroughly. Add vanilla. Stir in the dry oatmeal and the nuts. Mix thoroughly.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
Drop cookie mixture on wax paper from teaspoon, filled about half. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Lift wax paper off cookie sheet onto wire rack and cool cookies a few minutes before removing from paper. Wax paper will smoke some during the cooking process.
Makes 16 dozen.
Follow recipe on Nestle chocolate chip bag, except completely melt butter (don't just soften).
Add the oatmeal, Grape-Nuts and chips to final mixture.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (not 375\u00b0).
Bake for 10 to 11 minutes, taking out while not yet warm.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and white and brown sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.

Let cool. Be ready to munch.

In a heavy sauce pan put butter, sugar, milk and cocoa.
Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
Add peanut butter and vanilla and oatmeal; mix good.
Drop on cookie sheet.
