Place milk and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and simmer, stirring, until chocolate is melted but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
Pour chocolate mixture into a blender. Cover and hold lid down with a potholder; blend until foamy. Pour into a mug. Break the chile into 2 or 3 pieces, discarding seeds, and drop into the hot chocolate. Drink immediately.
Add cinnamon, Mexican chocolate and two cups of water
Combine dry ingredients with chocolate drink mix.
Gently mix in enough water to moisten dry ingredients.
Microwave chocolate baking squares in a microwave-

Combine milk and chocolate in a small microwave safe
food processor, process the chocolate until it resembles small pebbles
In a 4-cup measuring cup, put chocolate, coffee and 1/2 cup water.
Heat for 5 minutes in a microwave oven.
Remove from oven and stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat for 8 minutes or until hot.
Makes 4 servings.
n 1/3 cup powdered chocolate drink mix along with grated orange
Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid. Shake until dry milk is dissolved. Drink immediately or chill in refrigerator.
In a blender, combine milk, ice cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate drink mix, ice cubes and chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Stir together the chocolate drink mix, powdered sugar, vanilla and whipping cream.
Chill 1 hour.
Whip until stiff.
Spread between layers on cake and on top.
Pour cream into a small bowl. Beat vanilla extract, confectioners' sugar, chocolate drink mix, and whipped cream stabilizer into cream with an electric mixer on high until soft but firm peaks form. Lift your beater straight up: the whipped topping will form soft, pointed peaks.
Put peeled bananas in blender, top with peanut butter, add chocolate drink mix, cover with ice to taste, add milk, then blend till frothy and thick to taste. Pour into glasses and top with whip cream if you like. The kids will love it, but so will the adults! Refreshing and filling!
In a large bowl, combine dry milk, non-dairy creamer, confectioners' sugar, and instant chocolate drink mix. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Label and store in a cool dry place. Best if used within 6 months.
To make Hot Chocolate, add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup of hot water, and stir well. Add mini marshmallows if desired.
*Note:
For a firmer cake, use 16 ounce package pound cake mix stirring in 1/3 cup powdered chocolate drink with orange peel.
Use cola for liquid; bake as directed.
