Mix meat, bread crumbs,

Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a large dutch oven or similar pan.
Saute onions in oil for approximately 4 minutes, or until translucent. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoes, pan drippings, parsley, sugar, red pepper flakes. Salt to taste.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
If you are using meatballs with the sauce, add the cooked meatballs after the 15 minutes and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Prepare the meatball recipe as directed on the recipe; transfer to a plate cover
Prepare the basic meatball recipe -- except cook them in a Dutch oven.
Drain off the excess fat.
Add the soup, sour cream, peas (with liquid) and potatoes, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the dumplings.
Drop the dough by TBLS onto the boiling stew. simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Cover and simmer another 10 minutes longer.
Serve.
EGG DUMPLINGS: Mix all the ingredients together until a soft dough forms.

Make small 1-inch meatballs with your favorite recipe.
Cook meatballs in Dutch oven.
Cook vegetables in drippings; add tomatoes, paste and seasonings.
Add meatballs.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in macaroni.
Cook 10 minutes.
Stir in spinach.
Cook 5 minutes. Remove bay leaves.
Garnish with cheese.
Brown onion in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add all the ingredients, including the onion into a pot or crockpot.
The original recipe said to simmer meatballs (I use about 50 frozen meatballs)in sauce for 2 hours, however I have simmered them in a crockpot all day. For a party, I put all the ingredients, including the meatballs in the crockpot and put it in the refrig. overnight. The next day, I plug in the crockpot, stir once in a while and enjoy!
In a pot combine the grape jelly with the chili sauce; add in the meatballs and simmer for about 45 minutes uncovered or until the sauce has thickened.
If you are making my Parmesan meatball recipe use 2-1/2 to 3 pounds lean ground beef or use half beef and ground pork shape.
Shape into about 1-inch balls.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Place in the prepared sauce.
Drain diced tomatoes slightly. Heat together with tomato or spagetti sauce in saucepan on medium heat.
Stir in seasonings and butter. Simmer, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite spagetti, noodle or meatball recipe!
Note: Try adding one small can of drained mushrooms with the tomatoes. Yummy!
In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the rest of the ingredients, blend with hands until combined.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Brown in a skillet with just enough of the olive oil so that meat balls do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
In 5-quart Dutch oven, over medium high heat, bring spaghetti sauce to a simmer.
Add meatballs. Bring to boil. Partially cover and simmer 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
Mix the onion, parsley, spices, & beef together. Form into 1 inch balls, flatten & then brown in oil. When done, remove from the heat & cover.
Drain about half the juice from the diced tomatoes & place into a sauce pan. Add the tomato sauce, onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil & spices. Simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Add the meatballs to the sauce & continue cooking together for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve with Moroccan bread to soak up the sauce. It is also great served over pasta.
To make the sauce, put the lingonberries or cranberries
In a blender, combine the coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, sugar and peanut butter. Blend until smooth. Taste and add the salt, if desired. Taste and add more curry paste if you prefer your peanut sauce spicier.
Make stir-fry. Add enough peanut sauce to coat the vegetables, toss and stir-fry for 1 minute to heat through. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
Or use sauce for dipping.

Thread a piece of onion then a meatball, add 1 piece of green papper, then another meatball, add a red pepper etc until you have 6 meatballs on the skewer ending with a piece of onion.
Repeat for your second skewer.
Paint both sides of the skewered ball & peppers,.
BBQ over mediun heat, or Broil 6\" from broiler, or bake 375f until the balls are golden and heated through apprx 15-20 minutes.
