Blend the melted marshmallows and orange juice together until smooth then chill.
Add the cream cheese and orange zest to the chilled marshmallow mixture and beat until smooth and creamy.
Fold into this mixture the nestle's marshmallow cream.
Spread the cheese and marshmallow mixture over the mincemeat coated crust.
Garnish modestly with mincemeat and prepared whipping cream.

I had this for dessert five nights in a row at Mick's, a great restaurant in Decatur, Georgia.
As soon as I got home, I dragged out my National Grange cookbook, and recreated this wonderful dessert for some friends, who promptly declared it \"illegal north of the Mason-Dixon Line\" and polished it off!
