You can shred the cheese or grate it over each layer or just put it over the top. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
1.In a boiling pan heat oil, once warm add fideo, garlic, cumin & red pepper flakes. Stir constantly, until fideo turn golden brown.
2.Once this is brown add water and tomato sauce. Stir often until the fideo is soft. You may need to add more water, to get to soup consistency because the noodles will absorb some of the water.
3. Then if you have left over chicken or pork chops heat them, cut them into thin slices and place with soup.
4.Serve with tortillas, sour cream & limes. Enjoy!

Mix together.
Place chicken breasts in pan; season. Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Great over rice.
In a medium bowl, combine mayo, onions, relish and 2 dashes or so of paprika.
Add chicken and fold into mayo mixture until well combined.
Taste and then add salt and pepper as needed.
Chill well and serve over lettuce or on your favorite bread.
Note: I microwave 2 boneless chicken breast halves sprinkled with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder for 5- 6 minutes for this salad.
If you are using left-over chicken, you may need to adjust the seasonings in the ingredients list.
