Cut in lard.
Add sugar, eggs and milk.
Roll into rope and roll in seeds.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.

Molasses Cookies (Lard Recipe)

There were no directions given with the recipe other than to bake 10-12 minutes, so these are my best guess.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. You may need to adjust here or there.
Cream lard, and brown sugar together.
Mix in 1 egg, molasses, and sour milk.
Add slowly flour and baking soda.
Either drop by teaspoons or make little balls.
Beat second egg in separate bowl and brush over the tops before baking.
Bake 10-12 minutes.

Bizcochos (Mexican Holiday Cookies)

Whip lard until creamy.
Mix wine (or fruit juice), 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and anise.
Add this to lard.
Mix with wooden spoon.
Add egg yolks; mix well.
Add sufficient flour to make a soft dough; roll out 1/2 inch thick.
Cut in desired shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Check often to prevent burning.
Mix remaining cinnamon and sugar.
Dredge cookies in this mixture while they are still warm.

Ginger Cookies

Cream eggs, sugar, lard and buttermilk.
Add the spices and then the molasses.
Rinse the molasses bottle with 3/4 full of warm water and add to mixture.
Add the flour until it's at a consistency that can be rolled out on the table.
Cut into large circles or gingerbread man shapes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 7 minutes.
Once cool, ice with powdered sugar icing.
Yields approximately 12 dozen cookies.
Recipe can be cut in half.

Hungarian Deep-Fried Angel Wing Cookies (Csoroge)

/3 full of oil, lard, or shortening, and heat slowly

German Cookies

Cream brown sugar and lard.
Add egg.
Sift dry ingredients
Add to creamed mixture.
Cut walnuts with knife but don't chop.
(I don't see the reasoning behind this, but that's how recipe reads.).
Form into long rolls.
Let stand all night in cool place in refrigerator.
Cut into thin rounds.
Bake in 350 degree oven (directions say moderate oven) for 10 minutes. I'm guessing time until the cookies brown, guys.

Keep 1 cup of the flour out to use this flour to roll out dough with.
Combine lard,flour,baking powder,salt.
In a cup with fork slightly beat egg, vinegar and cold water to make up 1 cup of ingredients
Add egg, water and vinegar to flour mixture form a ball.
Do not overwork dough.
Please, refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour or 24 hrs {this freezes very well} before using for the best result.
Bake at 400 Degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350 until pastry is golden brown!

Old Fashion Sugar Cookies(My Grandma Stidd'S Recipe)

Cream together the sugar and lard.
Mix together the beaten eggs, baking powder, soda, nutmeg, salt and sour cream.
Add the flour.
Combine the creamed mixture to the flour mixture.
Dough is very soft.
Roll out and cut out.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bottom is light brown.
