Prepare Polenta:
In a 3 quart
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Prepare polenta (see Polenta recipe) with Parmesan cheese; add salt, cayenne pepper and nutmeg to taste.
With moistened hands, form polenta into 2-inch rounds or ovals.
Place them in single layer in greased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and butter.
Bake Gnocchi for 30 minutes or until puffed and heated through.
Place under preheated broiler for 2 minutes or until golden.
Delicious plain or with a light tomato and basil sauce.
Prepare pastry crust according to recipe.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and chocolate in a saucepan.
Stir in milk gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Blend half the mixture into egg yolks.
Stir into mixture in saucepan; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter or margarine and vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Pour into pastry shell and bake as directed in Basic Meringue Recipe.
Prepare Basic Eclair dough.
Put through a pastry tube or spread with a spoon, making strips 4 x 1 1/2-inches on greased baking sheet.
Bake and cool as directed in Basic Eclair recipe.
Basic Pasta Recipe: Start with the flour - measure
Prepare rice according\tto basic rice recipe except for baking.
Stir in
all
ingredients\texcept chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for
10
minutes.
Remove rice from oven and stir in chicken.
Return to oven and bake an additional ten minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Yields 2 servings.

In a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole, layer 1/3 of the zucchini, onion and tomatoes.
Squeeze 1 lemon, quartered, over all. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
Repeat layers.
Dot with margarine.
Squeeze remaining lemon over all.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until vegetables are done.
Yield:
4 servings.
Mix everything together, and form into golf ball size meatballs, or smaller if thats to your liking. Slowly drop meatballs into my old world Italian spaghetti sauce recipe #139406 when it reaches a slow simmer (about 1/2 hour into cooking time) Be sure to stir slowly and often so meatballs don't stick and crumble in the pot.

Pre-heat
reheat the broiler.

arm in oven while preparing polenta.
Bring 5 cups water
tir in 2 Tbsp polenta.
For Polenta, bring 4 cups of

inutes while you make the polenta; prepare polenta according to package directions
ith oil.
Remove the polenta from its package and drain
