Mix 1/2 cup liqueur, 1/4 cup of lime juice and 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice, and pour into 4 glasses over green colored ice cubes. Decorate the glasses with slices of lime and the gummy snakes.
In a large bowl, mix nuts, coconut and jello.
Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Pour water into a small bowl.
Color green with food coloring.
Add almonds and mix until almonds are a deep green color.
Lift almonds out onto a paper towel to dry.
Shape chilled mixture into strawberries,
using about 1 teaspoon for each.
Roll in red sugar and dip ends in green sugar.
Use the almond slivers for stems.

LIME ICING: Stir
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.
