I wash and score the cucumber with a fork along the entire lenth of the cucumber, all the way around, to make a design Slice thinly and set aside.
Combine cream cheese, Good Seasonings Italian mix and Tabasco sauce.
Spread cream cheese mixture, generously on each slice of cocktail bread, place slice of cucumber and sprinkle the top with dill.
Peel and slice cucumber thinly.
Mix cream cheese and dressing mix together in bowl.
Spread cheese mix generously onto bread slice.
Top with a cucumber slice.
Sprinkle a pinchful of dillweed on top.
Repeat.
Make as many as you want depending upon party size.
In a small bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber and shallot. Top each oyster with 1 tsp watermelon mixture. Squeeze lime juice over top. Serve immediately with a good grinding of black pepper.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and package of Good Seasons. Mix well and spread mixture on bread and top with a cucumber. Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
Sprinkle with paprika.

Cut cucumber into slices and then cut

Cut out nice circles from the white part of the bread using a 3in cookie cutter(toss the crusts).

Put the cucumber into a colander and sprinkle with a little salt.
Let rest for 10-15 minutes to allow extra juices to escape the cucumber.
Gently squeeze the cucumber in a paper or cloth towel.

Use milk if cheese mixture is too thick.
Place cucumber, tomatoes, onion and basil into a mixing bowl and set aside.
Mix the pack of Italian seasoning mix, cider vinegar, oil, water, fish sauce and chilies combine and let the dressing stand for 10 minutes and pour into the cucumber mixture and blend together and place into the refrigerator overnight.
Mix cucumber, onion and salt.
Drain after 1 hour.
Mix sugar, vinegar, black
pepper

turmeric.
Let
come
to a boil. Pour in cucumber mixture and let come to a second boil. Put in jars and seal tight. Real good to eat with brown beans.
