In a pitcher, mix the water, cucumber, 3 mint sprigs and lemon. Let it rest on the fridge for 24 hours. If you prepare the water at the last minute, cut the first cucumber in three or four pieces. Then, squeeze the cucumber pieces to release all the juice.
Before serving remove the cucumber slices used to flavor the water. Then stir with a wooden spoon, add some ice cubes, 6 or 7 fresh cucumber slices and the remaining 2 mint sprigs. Enjoy this refreshing drink.
Cut cucumber lengthwise, hollow out.
Fill with mixture, press back together, chill 2 hours, slice.
In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in the hot water.

Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.

Place 2 thin slices of cucumber in a bowl with basil leaves and sugar and smash with a fork until softened; pour in a teaspoon of watermelon vodka to loosen the mixture. Place crushed ice into a cocktail shaker and transfer cucumber-basil mixture into shaker; top with remaining watermelon vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses; garnish each cocktail with 1 slice of peeled cucumber. Best enjoyed wearing flip-flops.
Place cucumber into cocktail shaker. Using muddler, crush cucumber. Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice; shake vigorously.

Mix gin and thick cucumber slices in pitcher. Cover and chill overnight or up to 3 days.
Strain gin, discarding thick cucumber slices. Pour half of gin into cocktail shaker. Add 1 tablespoon vermouth, then fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously; strain into three glasses. Repeat with remaining gin and vermouth.
Garnish with thin cucumber slices.
Mix first 6 ingredients together and allow flavors to mix for one hour.
Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Use reserved olive liquid to thin if dip is too thick.
Chill overnight.
Serve in Martini glass with a skewer of additional olives or pearl onions, surrounded by raw veggies or crackers of your choice.
**This recipe can be made low fat, by using fat free cream cheese**.
Fill your martini shaker with crushed ice and use a chilled martini glass.
Put all ingredients in shaker and shake for a minute or so.
Pour into glass. Grind a little nutmeg on top.
You can also rim the glass with cinnamon sugar and put in a cinnamon stick.
