Grease an 8-inch square pan with vegetable oil. Place about 1/4 of the pizza sauce in the bottom of the pan. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll pieces into balls and place on top of sauce in the pan. Pour remaining sauce over biscuits. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and a dusting of your favorite herbs (i.e, parsley, oregano, garlic, etc.). Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
