GARLIC SPREAD:
Add all ingredients into
For the garlic spread, place mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Cut rolls in fourths, lengthwise, to make fingers.
Melt garlic spread and butter.
Brush on cut sides of rolls.
Sprinkle with cheese and seed.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven until toasted.
Serve hot.
For the cod and roasted garlic spread:
Remove any brown parts
Spread each slice of bread with Mazola, then spread with garlic spread.
Place slices in broiler.
Heat until brown on broil setting for no longer than 1 minute.
Check to make sure broiler pan is not too close to oven burner, or bread slices will burn.
Heat slices a few seconds longer to brown tops of bread slices until they are crunchy.
Serve immediately.
Crusts are best.
Slice bread about 1-inch thick and lay on cookie sheet.

Spread mixture on 1 side of bread only.
Spread on top to cover each slice.

Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and basil, and toast for about another minute or two.
