Diet Gelatin

Take 2 tablespoons of the soft drink and mix with the gelatin. Pour remaining soft drink in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add gelatin mixture to saucepan and stir until dissolved.
Chill until set.

Sierra Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Place both ingredients into a blender or use a hand held blender and mix together until smooth.
Drink and enjoy immediately!

Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Put all ingredients into a blender. I use the smoothie button on mine, which is about 30 seconds.

Blue Monkey Smoothie

Place milk, yogurt, Carnation Instant Breakfast drink, blueberries and bananas in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
To change flavor of the smoothie, blend in any flavor of fat free yogurt or unsweetened berries.
For a frostier drink, omit yogurt and blend in 1 cup of your favorite fat free frozen yogurt.

Diabetic Jello Salad

Heat diet drink with gelatin.
Stir.
Add sweetener while still hot. Add cottage cheese and pineapple.
Stir until mixture sets.

Patriotic Drink (For Kids)

Place the ice cubes in the bottom 3rd of a tall 12 ounce clear glass. Pour the cranberry juice or fruit punch in to fill the bottom 3rd.
Place a few more cubes in to the middle and pour in the blue Gatorade to fill the glass 2/3 full.
Place the final 3rd of ice in the glass. Pour in the diet 7up or diet Sprite.
Serve and enjoy!

Diet Baked Apples

Peel, core and half apples.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour 1 bottle desired Faygo diet drink over apples.
Baste apples during baking process so they won't dry. Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender.

Fruity Smoothie

Prepare soft drink mix. Place soft drink, yogurt, strawberries and banana in blender container. Blend until smooth. Makes 5 servings.

Daily Energy Protein Smoothie

Put liquid ingredients into the blender.
Start the blender with the lid on (cuts down on spraying).
Remove the lid and add the Banana, Fruit, Spirulina powder AND/OR the protein powder or silken tofu.
The drink will become'green' in colour because of the Spirulina.
Drink it anyway and you will be pleasantly surprised and more healthy!
(If you find it too 'tart', add non-caloric sweetener to taste)

Delicious Low Cal Smoothie

If your pineapple isn't already chopped up, chop it into pieces so its easier to blend.
Add all fruits into a blender.
Add the can of sprite, add less than the whole can if you want a thicker smoothie.
Blend on high power until smooth.
Serve in your favourite glasses, either with spoons or straws.

No Calorie Gelatin

Bring 6 ounces of the drink to a boil.
Pour in unflavored gelatine.
Dissolve.
Stir in remainder of drink.
Chill.
Makes 2 servings.

Ww 4 Pt. Diet Soda Cake

Mix cake mix and can of drink together using mixer.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
Bake according to package directions.
While cake is baking, make pudding mixture using ff milk.
When cake is cooled, top with pudding then cool whip.
Note: It is usually better the longer it sits in the fridge because the cake gets very moist.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Put peeled bananas in blender, top with peanut butter, add chocolate drink mix, cover with ice to taste, add milk, then blend till frothy and thick to taste. Pour into glasses and top with whip cream if you like. The kids will love it, but so will the adults! Refreshing and filling!

Carnation Breakfast Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Place chocolate drink mix, soy milk, ice, peanut butter syrup, and peanut butter powder in a blender cup and blend until smooth.

Summer Cool Punch

Combine both drinks in large bowl.
(If you only have a smaller bowl, split just the drink recipes.)
Spoon on ice cream and sherbet.

Acadia'S Mocha Malt Smoothie

In a blender, blend on high: milk, drink mix, non-dairy creamer, coffee for about 2 minutes.
Add ice and blend until smooth about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately and Enjoy.

Island Quencher

Place drink mix in pitcher or punch bowl.
Add water and stir until dissolved.
Add pineapple juice and grenadine; mix until well blended.
Garnish with pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries.
