Prepare an ice-water bath. Place eggs in a medium saucepan. Add enough cold water to cover eggs by about 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 13 minutes. Drrain, and transfer eggs to ice-water bath until cold.
Peel eggs, and halve lengthwise. Transfer yolks to a medium bowl, and mash with a fork until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise, wasabi, vinegar, and scallions. Season with salt. Pipe or spoon filling into whites. Garnish with pea shoots or sprouts.
Cut the eggs in half lengthways. Carefully remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, yoghurt, gherkins, and dill, season well, and mash with a fork until fairly smooth.
Place the egg white halves on a serving plate, cut-side up, and carefully spoon the yolk mixture into the hollows. Serve straight away, garnished with dill and pink peppercorns, if desired.

Eggs recipe:
Melt 1 stick of
Cube bread.
Place bread in buttered (greased) 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cheese on top.
Beat eggs well and add milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour over bread and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
May add chopped ham, dried beef or bacon chips.
Combine macaroni with vegetables & half the cheese.
Beat the eggs with the milk, devilled ham and other seasonings and gently stir into macaroni mixture.
Spoon into a greased casserole dish, cover & cook at 180.C for approx 40-45 minutes.
Scatter remaining cheese over the top & return to oven uncovered for a further 5 mins or until cheese is nicely melted.
about 10 minutes. Proceed with recipe in Step #3.
VERSION
Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk.
Mash the yolk with the boiled potatoes, milk and butter. Add the finely chopped onion, the chilies the coriander and seasoning and continue to mash.
Put the mash into the orifices left by the egg yolk, piling it high and chill for 30 minutes. Dip in batter and deep fry until golden brown.

Toast bagels. Make more noise than necessary so your manbeast knows you are totally irritated.
Spread cream cheese on the four bagel halves.
Layer on top of cream cheese the lox slices.
Place one poached egg on top of lox slices.
Pour Hollandaise sauce (I use this simple recipe Recipe #156420) over all.
Garnish with fresh chopped dill.
Smugly serve with attitude and tell manbeast to shut up.
Note: Of course this is much higher in fat than the nutritional analysis indicates because of the butter in the hollandaise sauce.
To hard-boil eggs: Place eggs in a single layer in

For the smaller recipe, roll dough into a rectangle

Pour beaten eggs into the pan, season with

Mix until incorporated.
Add remaining cheese and stir lightly.
Pour in frozen pie shell.
Bake 40-50 minutes until set.
Note: you can add just about any filling and it turns out just great.
Just be sure to lightly saute any fresh vegetables before adding.
Sprinkle filling into pie shell before adding eggs mixture.
Redistribute filling gently with rubber spatula.
